No price list — a pricing process instead
A phone quote that doubles on site is the classic plumbing dispute, in any country. We avoid it by refusing to guess: the price is confirmed at your door, before work, in plain numbers.
Four things decide the real cost

Where the blockage sits
Right under the drain, several meters into a bend, or out in the yard line — each needs different equipment and time. You cannot tell from the surface.

What caused it
Hardened grease, a foreign object, or a sagging / damaged pipe each call for a different fix: clearing, jetting, or repair.

Your building type
Apartments, villas (low-rise multi-family), officetels and shops route their pipes differently, and shared building lines change the scope of work.

The equipment required
A hand auger job and a hydro-jetting + camera job are simply different jobs. The pipe decides, not the brochure.

Fixed price before work
You hear the number, then you decide. Nothing starts without your agreement.
If scope changes, we ask first
If the job turns out different from what we expected, we stop and explain before continuing.
No night or weekend surcharge
Same standard at 3 PM and 3 AM.
No upselling
If clearing is enough, we do not push jetting. If a pump can be repaired, we do not push replacement.
Card payment accepted
Credit card on site or bank transfer — whichever suits you.
Over the phone or by text we will tell you the likely cause and how the work would go. The number itself comes after we have seen the pipe — and before we touch it.
Payment: card, bank transfer, or cash — settled on site after the work is done. Prices are quoted before 10% VAT; tax invoices and cash receipts available.
