If the address says Seoul, we come
We work across all 25 districts, organized into five patrol zones — central, northeast, northwest, southwest and southeast Seoul. Below are the neighborhoods international residents contact us from most, and what tends to go wrong there.
Yongsan — Itaewon · Hannam · Ichon · HBC
Hillside houses with quirky pipe runs, older riverside apartment complexes, and busy restaurant strips. The classic mix here: mystery odors in renovated houses and shared-line backups in older buildings.
Gangnam & Seocho — Yeoksam · Banpo · Seorae Village
Officetels, aging high-rise complexes and basement shops. Basement businesses live and die by their sewage pump — if an alarm goes off, that is us. French residents around Seorae Village: photos by text work perfectly.
Mapo — Hongdae · Yeonnam · Mangwon
Houses converted into cafes and studios, where home-grade pipes carry shop-grade loads. Grease clogs arrive within months. We also cover the villa blocks where many long-term residents live.
Seongdong — Seongsu · Wangsimni
Factory conversions with drainage the building was never designed for, plus large apartment complexes. Pre-opening pipe inspections for new cafes and studios are a common request here.
University belts — Sinchon · Hyehwa · Hoegi · Gwanak
One-room buildings where a single blocked stack inconveniences ten tenants at once. Fast response matters most; we prioritize backflow cases.
Everywhere else in Seoul
Jongno hanok alleys, Nowon and Mok-dong apartment belts, Gangseo villa blocks — all 25 districts, no district surcharge. If your address says Seoul, we come.
When you call or text, mention a nearby landmark or station — it speeds up arrival. We give you an ETA based on where our crew currently is.
